WS2019 RDS problem with User Profile Disk (UPD) at logon

We recently migrated the RDS servers to WS2019 and we encounter a problem that only happens with 2019 ... and before it had never happened ...

The VHDs of the users are added to a TS in particular and when they try to enter the session, the broker directs them to another TS and clearly they enter a temporary profile since its VHD is hooked to another TS ...

This happens with random users, and sometimes it is because they have given the X to get out of the cloud, and sometimes only at the start at 8 o'clock in the morning ... The TS servers are restarted every day at 5 o'clock in the morning.

Every time these events come out:

To solve this, we look for the vhd stuck on the TS and remove it. On the host server, we look for disconnected orphaned sessions and kill the winlogon.exe process. After, disable session beginnings and login with user...

What we have done so far to solve it:
• Restart all servers
• Update windows
• Unconfigure that the disconnected sessions are closed, now they no longer have an inactivity limit
• Remove the cache in the shared folder where the vhds are
• Apply a daily script that spreads the automatic inputs to the firewall that are added to each login

But we have not had any results ...
